Derek Brown is a nationally recognized choreographer, director, and producer based in Washington, DC, with over 20 years of experience in live entertainment. His work spans major networks and brands including BET, NBC, FOX, VH1, Disney, the NBA and the NFL, and he’s collaborated with artists such as Prince, Pink, Mya, Sean Paul, Jennifer Hudson and RuPaul. Derek’s signature all-male burlesque revue, SIR, has captivated sold-out audiences for over a decade. Since 2017, Derek has been an integral part of the Skylark team, serving as in-house Choreographer and Artistic Director for our theatrical productions, immersive experiences, and high-impact performances at luxury corporate and social events.
